Are there any good builds for such ranger ? So far I'm trying to use shocking sniper build ( whats, like I've discovered, is crap ) - using Conjure Lightning, Horn Bow with +15%>50 and Penetrating Attack I deal to warrior average 20 dmg - wtf is with that ?

That build isnt good also vs ranger, because if foe isnt completely noob we will get poisoned at the beginning of fight and interrupted. And damage deal is still crappy.

Ideas ?

Take beast mastery, expertise, and an elemental line and use ferocious strike to fuel your nukes.

Rangers with staves are cool

use a shadow bow. The fact is Rangers aren't supposed to go after wars. Don't attack them go after the squishies cripple the war if u really want to go with it. OR you could use a quickshot build with kindle or conjure not both a 4 in BS if u can pump it to 9 to get great effect. faster attack rate and major dmg

Shadow bow is a class of the horn bow so there is no difference. I'll try that quickshot way but im afraid dmg will still be low as hell :/

Ok that is the most piece of shit advice anyone can give you. What is your reasoning white designs? Look at this. Would you rather have:

Fiery Spatha of Fortitude
Fire Dmg 15-22 req 7 swords
Dmg =15% while Health > 50%
Health +30

OR

PvP Sword
15-22 dmg req 9 swords
Dmg +15% while health > 50%

SEE?

I would rather have this:
Vampiric PvP Sword of Defense
15-22 dmg req 9 swords
Dmg =15% while Health > 50%
Life Stealing: 3
Life Degen: 1
+5 Armor

....you know you can upgrade PvP items, right?

And why are you using a sword anyway?

To the OP, you're not that far off from a decent build. When I had my R/E, I was using Barrage and Conjure Lightning, Enervating Charge and Whirlwind if warriors were hitting on me, and four other skills I can't remember. No matter what people say about Barrage in PVP, it's still a decent damage modded attack, for only 5 energy, and it's spammable. Plus, you might just get two or three people at once if they're not careful. Favorable Winds might help you, too.

Switch of Shocking.

The build I made for a friend involved using a Fiery Bow with a +15% Dmg while Enchanted mod. Then use a Bow grip of Enchanting. Next build using Conjure Flame and Kindle Arrows or Ignite Arrows, one of those.

You can turn your ranger into a sniper Nuker pretty quickly.

I believe my friend added his own twist and used Dual Shot with this build
